1. Strengthen the university's corporate image and identify activities in line with UMK's corporate image;
  2. Provide the best high-quality and customer-focused services, event management and creative media services;
  3. Disseminate information related to the university to staff as well as the outside community;
  4. Secretariat for relations among the media, industry and both local and international communities;
  5. Document all university activities and publish the related materials as a university product; and
  6. Ensure customer complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
